These decoilers facilitates in continuous and smooth feeding of wire or strip to the machine. The decoiler unwinds wire or strip only when required by the machine. Decoiler stops as soon as sufficient loop is formed and starts when feeding is essential. Incase of any entanglement or any hindrance the decoiler stops and cuts-off the machine preventing accidents or breakage of wire.

DECOILER FOR STRIP:
- The loading spindles can be engaged or disengaged with the help of arm securing it with the locking PIN.
- Twin spindle has to be rotated in one direction only after removing the locking pin for change over of loading Spindle,resecuring the pin after adjusting.
- Additional feature if required i.e. incase decoiler runs continuously for more than preset time on timer decoiler stops, time can be set as per requirement
- Nitoring unit helps to feed strip whenever required. Proximity switches stops and starts the decoiling avoiding formation of excessive loop.
- Rack & pinion mechanism is provided for simultaneous movement of inner jaws accessible by box spanner (lead screw and ratchet arrangement)
