As a result of adhesion and surface tension cutting oil sticks to chips and component. Chips are stored in chip yards where the oil is recovered by gravity, but the oil sticking due to adhesion and surface tension cannot be recovered and thus results in major loss.

Oil Extractor Machine Working:
Incase of aluminum, brass or cast iron chips to be processed the units are equipped with brush actuated by pneumatic cylinder which scrubs basket after every operation, facilitating in discharging the chips that tend to stick onto the wire mesh of basket.
