Centrifugal Filtration Units

Centrifugal Filtration units Manufactured by H.K.Machinery are suitable for solid liquid separation and overcome all limitations of other filtration systems viz. magnetic separator and paper band filters.

These unit works on centrifugal force principal and can be used for both water - soluble oil and neat cutting oil for separation of magnetic and non-magnetic particles upto 20 microns without any filters. These units have almost no wearable or replaceable parts thus making it very economical for use.

Higher filtration can also be offered with additional modifications. Centrifugal Filteration unit is designed to fit inside centrifuge tubes that are used to filter out larger particles, such as cells or particulates, from a sample as it is centrifuged; products may be available in several sizes, materials, etc. Centrifugal filtration or centrifugation is a process that is used to separate (and concentrate) contaminants suspended in a liquid medium.

All units are supplied with additional spare bowl.
